CSCS Labourer - Birmingham - £16.50 per hour
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our property refurbishment team operating across South Birmingham. The role involves supporting multi-traders with bathroom and kitchen rip-outs, general site preparation, and manual labour duties. This is a mobile role, so a full UK driving license is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the removal of old bathrooms and kitchens from residential properties
* Support multi-traders with general labour tasks including lifting, carrying, and site clean-up
* Maintain a tidy and safe working environment across all job sites
* Drive between multiple properties daily, transporting tools and materials as needed
* Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
* Load and unload materials and waste responsibly
Requirements
* Valid CSCS card
* Full PPE
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Physically fit and able to carry out manual labour
* Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude
