Salary: £38,000 - £55,000 + commission + £500 car allowance or company car.
We are an established and reputable Timber Merchant in Bradford, looking to expand our team with an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive growth and build strong relationships in the Timber industry.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in the Timber Industry: Excellent product knowledge and a proven track record in sales within the sector.
* Sales Focus: Field-based role covering Yorkshire.
* Housebuilder Knowledge: Experience selling into house builders is highly desirable.
* Relationship Builder: Develop and maintain relationships with clients across various regionsli>
The Role
* Sales and Account Management: Selling timber products directly to housebuilders, developers, and contractors within Yorkshire.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, increasing market share.
* Field-Based: Travel across designated territories to meet clients and grow business.
* Competitive Salary & Benefits: Base salary £38,000 - £55,000, attractive commission structure, £500 per month car allowance or company car.
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven Experience: Timber sales background, preferably selling to house builders or construction sector.
* Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals, manage key accounts, drive revenue.
* Self-Motivated and Driven: Works independently, manages time effectively, and initiates results.
