Role: Waking Night Support Worker

Salary: Up to £25,409.75 per annum (Inclusive of travel allowance*** and cost of living)

Hours: Full-time, Permanent

Essential: A full Driving Licence and the Right to Work in the UK

Options Autism, are recruiting Waking Night Support Workers to join our team in Tadley, Hampshire.

Ashley Lodge is an Ofsted 'Outstanding' registered independent children's home offering residential care for children & young people aged 7-18 years with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties. The 6 bedded home, set in a rural location in North Hampshire, offers a holistic model of care and education for the residents, which is designed to provide an enriching and positive environment.

The home is within commutable distance from Reading, Basingstoke, Newbury, Slough and other surrounding towns and villages.

Our residential homes are friendly and fun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do is dedicated to creating rewarding experiences – for those we look after and for everyone in our team

How we reward you

We want our residents to have the best care possible, and therefore you'll receive an exceptional rewards package including:

* Salary: Up to £25,409.75 per annum (Inclusive of travel allowance*** and cost of living)
* £1000 just for joining us, plus another £1,000 when you pass your 6 months' probation, and an EXTRA £2,000 after 12 months**
* 'Journey to Management' programme – starting with your Level 4 Apprenticeship for Children Young People and Families Practitioner with the ability to continue on to your L5 Management qualification (all qualifications funded by us)

*You'll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, more time for you Dependent upon site location.

** Agreement will be in place stating if you leave within a specified amount of time you will be liable to repay part/all of the bonus payment. Payment of bonuses will be based upon meeting agreed conditions.

***Travel allowance of £100 is awarded for a round trip of 40-80 miles. £125 for 81+ miles
