Part time Finance Assistant
You’ll handle employee records, prepare contracts, support recruitment and onboarding, manage Time & Attendance, and be a friendly point of contact for HR queries. If you’re organised, detail-driven, and ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced logistics environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Working hours for this role are
Mon‑Fri, with flexibility regarding the start and finish time, ideally working from 10:00 to 14:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £14,933.34 per annum.

What you’ll do on a typical day
* Collate the weekly financial/statistical reports to the customer and site management
* Process purchase orders and provide support to the Finance team in general, specifically through Company Month-End & Client Period-End
* Support operational managers in providing day-to-day financial support
* Assist with the preparation of weekly & monthly financials
What you need to succeed at GXO
* High attention to detail
* Excellent knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
* Time management & organisational skills
* Previous finance office experience and desire to learn
