They will lead the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of HSE systems across large, complex, multi-site operations. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and systems in line with legal, industry, and client requirements across multiple sites. Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing HSE team, ensuring appropriate resourcing across projects. Deliver training, mentoring, performance management, and continuous professional development for HSE staff. Oversee risk assessments, audits, site inspections, compliance monitoring, and incident investigations. Drive consistent HSE standards, accountability, and quality assurance across all operations. Promote effective communication and collaboration between HSE, project teams, and clients. Essential: Minimum 5 years experience as an HSE Manager or equivalent within manufacturing and assembly or similar environments. Strong knowledge of local, national, and international HSE legislation and standards. Experience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, and environmental compliance requirements. Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH, International Diploma, or equivalent. Proven experience leading and developing HSE teams. Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and continuously improve HSE management systems in complex operational environments.
