They are now seeking a skilled and motivated Chef De Partie to join their professional kitchen team, delivering exceptional food across daily service, private dining and special events.
This role offers a great combination of structured hours, varied service experiences and opportunities to develop your culinary skills across all kitchen sections.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Chef De Partie…
1. £14.66 per hour
2. Working sociable hours, 40 hours per week
3. Sociable rotating shifts including 7am to 3pm, 8am to 4pm or 12pm to 8:30pm with rotated weekends off
4. Work as part of a dedicated team of 12 chefs
5. On-site parking and use of the college gym
6. Exposure to high-volume private dining and à la carte restaurant service
Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
7. Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to the highest standards across multiple sections
8. Supporting smooth kitchen operations during daily service and special events
9. Ensuring consistency, precision and excellent plating for up to 380 private dining covers and 100 restaurant covers
10. Working closely with senior chefs to maintain food safety, hygiene and organisation
11. Rotating through all kitchen sections to gain broad experience and skill development
