CNC OPERATOR/PROGRAMMER
MONDAY - THURSDAY: 8.30AM - 4.30 PM & FRIDAY 8.00AM - 12.00PM
PAY RATE: £15.50 - £17.00 PER HOUR

Day to Day Duties
* Programme CNC milling machines and lathes to produce parts according to specifications.
* Assemble components using hand tools and machinery, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
* Conduct regular maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations.
* Perform quality checks on finished products using precision measuring instruments.
* Collaborate with team members in the warehouse for materials handling and inventory management.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling and machine operation.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Essential Skills
* Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and machinery.
* Familiarity with logic controllers and basic maths for measurement calculations.
* Experience with welding techniques is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
* Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Previous experience in materials handling within a warehouse setting is beneficial.

* Industry related training and ongoing support throughout.
