Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented CMM Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety across our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure adherence to quality standards.
* Utilise CMM to inspect parts using QCT software. (software training provided)
* Analyse products and processes to identify deviations or potential issues, recommending corrective actions as necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and non-conformances for documentation and reporting purposes.
* Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure continuous compliance.
* Assist in the development and review of quality assurance procedures and policies.
* Participate in internal audits and support external inspections by regulatory authorities.
Skills
* Proven knowledge of CMM inspection. (Any CMM software knowledge is essential)
* Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
* Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all products meet specified quality criteria.
* Good organisational skills to manage multiple inspections efficiently and accurately.
* Effective communication skills for reporting findings clearly and collaborating with team members.
* Prior experience in CMM quality inspection or related fields is mandatory.
