About the Role
As a supervisor, you’ll be responsible for providing world‑class personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst acting as an ambassador for the Harrods brand. You will also assist in shaping the brand identity and driving our message to the world.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional personal customer service.
* Build quality customer relationships to achieve business goals.
* Assist in shaping the brand identity and driving the brand message.
* Deliver on brand targets, expectations, and drive sales.
* Maintain visual standards and shop floor operations.
* Support back and front of house standards.
Qualifications
* Strong experience in building client relationships.
* Self‑motivated to learn and develop product and industry knowledge.
* Eye for visual standards.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Comfortable delivering on brand targets and driving sales.
