Description
* Manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of payments.
* Monitor debtor balances and take appropriate action to ensure recovery.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date recording of financial transactions.
* Prepare and present reports on the status of accounts.
* Work closely with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
* Maintain a high level of customer service, dealing with all enquiries in a professional manner.
