The Role
This is a hands-on, trainee position where youll learn the full recruitment process from day one. Youll support on live roles, engage with candidates, and gradually build your own client base within a specialist market.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and industry networks
* Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
* Writing engaging job adverts and managing applications
* Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates
* Supporting senior consultants on a range of roles
* Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records
* Developing business development skills as you progress
