We are looking for an Account Manager, to work with our client brands to support growth. Working closely with senior stakeholders the individual will develop a strong understanding of the brand's business and how Acorn-i's solutions can become integral to delivering on client goals.
Job Summary:
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager. The role will support the management of key client relationships, driving the development and execution of strategic plans, and ensuring client satisfaction, across Amazon and Tik Tok Shop channels. The Account Manager will work closely with senior team members, represent Acorn-i, and will be responsible for owning and managing growth client relationships.
This role requires a proactive, innovative, and enthusiastic individual with strong communication and analytical skills, a keen interest in data analysis, and a desire to leverage insights to drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, quick to learn, and excited by new tools, technologies, and ways of working with AI-driven solutions to deliver measurable impact for clients. They should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change, and continuously developing their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for growth clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded across Amazon and TikTok Shop channels. Managing and nurturing relationships with key clients.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for growth clients to optimize their Amazon and Tik Tok Shop presence and promote Acorn-i services.
Multi-Channel Account Management: Manage account health across Amazon platforms (Vendor & Seller Central) and Tik Tok Shop. Track stock levels, coordinate timely replenishment, and advise on Buy Box performance improvements.
Operational & Listing Management: Oversee PDP optimization to enhance IDQ scores. Manage Parent/Child ASINs, new listings, and ensure branded content is correctly applied. Working with off-shore team to utilize Amazon case logs to resolve listing issues.
Campaign Support: Collaborate with Advertising Account Managers in executing campaigns aligned with client goals and performance targets.
Sales Analysis: Use Ignite to analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and generate insights with support from senior team members.
Performance Reporting:
Maintain weekly/bi-weekly account updates and assist with MBR/QBR presentations. Leverage Ignite for insight development and planning.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with account, content, and creative teams to deliver client projects seamlessly.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve client or account-related issues, troubleshooting challenges across Amazon operations.
Business Reviews & Planning: Drive and develop quarterly and annual plans using data storytelling to highlight trends, opportunities, and strategic direction.

Amazon Knowledge (Preferred): an understanding of Amazon's selling platforms (Seller and Vendor Central), marketing initiatives, and policies.
Data-Driven: proven ability to use data to drive decisions and improve performance.
Professional Attributes: a positive outlook, self-motivated, and a desire to be part of a fast-growth business.
Agency Experience: experience in a digital marketing or advertising services agency is a bonus.
