We are currently seeking a Branch Sales Manager - West Midlands for our client who are a leading manufacturer, retailer and reseller of trailer and towing products across the globe. Based in Halesowen, the role will be to manage the retail branch and manage a team of 3 staff, ensuring excellent customer service and branch sales margins are achieved. Key Tasks/Responsibilities * Actively sell and promote trailers, parts and servicing to customers, ensuring all sales enquiries are handled professionally. * Demonstrate company products and services, ensuring all sales opportunities are followed through and maximised. * Responsible for the performance of the W Midlands Branch, ensuring that the team are working effectively and dealing with any issues that may arise. * Ensure systems are in place to monitor and maintain stock inventory * Maintain customer CRM system * Manage, motivate and train your team to achieve their full potential. Candidates must be: * Experienced managers/ supervisors, ideally within equipment /machinery sales with a successful track record * Customer focused and highly organised * Effective influencers with great negotiating skills * Driven and motivated to achieve success.
