The Role

:

As a Lettings Administrator, you will managing a diverse property portfolio, overseeing maintenance, inspections, and client interactions.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing properties across multiple locations.
2. Delivering effective lettings management services.
3. Negotiating repairs and maintenance.
4. Business development and client negotiations.
5. Drafting tenancy agreements and property listings.

Requirements:

6. Previously worked as a Lettings Administrator or in a similar role.
7. Experience in property management, interacting with contractors, landlords, and tenants.
8. Background working in an estate agency.
9. Negotiation skills in lettings and sales.
10. Familiarity with tenancy laws and agreements.
11. Customer service excellence and IT proficiency.
12. Valid UK driving license.
