Facilities: This position is based in their well-equipped, modern Referral Hospital with fantastic facilities, including an in-house laboratory with dedicated lab technician, CT, MRI, and a dedicated medical service to support the surgical department. They offer a great CPD budget, in-house progression plan, and support with postgraduate studies.
Role: They are seeking an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse eager to advance their career by joining their highly skilled and supportive team at their Moulton and Abington sites. This role involves working within their surgical referral team, collaborating closely with their first opinion and medical referral teams. They welcome individuals passionate about providing exceptional veterinary care and thriving in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Duties: This dynamic role encompasses responsibilities such as theatre work, anaesthesia, X-ray/CT imaging, assisting in surgeries (e.g., hip replacements), nurse consultations, inpatient care, emergency response, and critical care nursing.
Hours: The role ideally requires full-time commitment, spanning 40 hours weekly across 5 days, with shifts scheduled between 7:30 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday mornings from 8 am. There are no out-of-hours or bank holiday shifts. Part-time applicants are encouraged to apply.
