Support families and professionals by explaining EHC process timelines and expectations. Draft, review, and amend EHC Plans based on information provided by professionals and service users, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Ensure all EHC needs assessments are completed within statutory timescales and adhere to legal requirements. Gather, process, and update case information in relevant databases. Assist in monitoring and tracking the progress This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
