This position involves handling and indexing customer records with a focus on data security. Responsibilities include tracking and protecting information, maintaining accurate paperwork, using the O'Neil Records Management system, and managing the storage and dispatch of records. The role is integral to ensuring the secure handling and destruction of documents in accordance with documented procedures. Responsibilities: - Track, check, and protect customer information through careful handling and indexing of records. - Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with documented procedures. - Utilize the O'Neil Records Management system to manage records efficiently. - Record and store incoming boxes, files, and documents in designated warehouse locations. - Retrieve and prepare customer records for dispatch or destruction, ensuring accurate recording of all movements. - About You: - Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Effective team player with basic IT skills and interpersonal abilities. - Flexible and adaptable attitude. - Knowledge of the O'Neil system. - Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.
