Your new role
Perform a range of technical work activities either remotely or at the customer site to meet business and customer requirements.
1. Carry out installations and configurations of end-user workstation hardware, software, networked peripheral devices, cabling, and networking hardware and software products.
2. Support end-user workstation hardware, software, networked peripheral devices, cabling, and networking hardware and software products by testing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting in order to determine source ofputer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.
3. Conduct updates of network asset management register to ensure that any changes to set up, location or configuration of kit is logged in a timely and appropriate manner, where any additional hardware or software is included within the networkponent inventory.
4. Prepare, maintain, and adhere to procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring network data as directed.
What you'll need to succeed
5. Previously worked in an IT technical environment and have an understanding of ITIL practices.
6. 2+ Years experience working on Desktop, Networking, Server fixes.
7. Microsoft technologies.
