We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to take ownership of our ecommerce platform and bespoke internal tools, built on a cutting-edge L.I.T.T.R stack (Laravel, Inertia, Tailwind, TypeScript, React) and deployed in a serverless AWS environment. Responsibilities
* Write, review, and optimize full-stack code for our ecommerce website and internal systems.
* Ensure all code is robust, scalable, and well-tested (both automated and manual).
* Own complex areas of the platform, ensuring high performance and reliability.
* Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
* Conduct structured code reviews to maintain quality and consistency.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design systems that enhance operational efficiency.
* Support database and infrastructure design, including performance tuning.
* 5+ years of experience with Laravel and React.
* 3+ years of experience with TypeScript.
* Strong expertise in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and fast-paced development environments.
* Hands-on experience with AWS and serverless architecture.
* Proven ability to mentor junior developers and provide constructive feedback.
* Excellent communication skills for cross-team and offshore collaboration.
Nice to Have
* Ecommerce experience (e.g., Magento, Shopify) or integrations with payment providers, WMS, PIMs, etc.
* Familiarity with Storybook, reusable component libraries, and WCAG 2.2 accessibility guidelines.
* Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium) and load testing tools (e.g., Locust, JMeter).
Day-to-Day
* Lead the technical delivery of our ecommerce platform and internal systems.
* Collaborate with local and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Balance hands-on coding with mentoring and guiding the development team.
* Innovate and implement best practices to drive technical excellence.
* Engage with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
