Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4. Use innovative and inclusive teaching strategies to support all learners. Participate in the school’s ECT induction and mentoring programme. Monitor and assess student progress, adapting lessons as needed. Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff. Support the ethos and values of the school community. Qualifications and Experience: A relevant degree and PGCE (or equivalent). QTS or expected QTS by September 2025. No prior classroom experience required—enthusiasm and commitment are key. Excellent communication and organisation skills.
