The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid working model, combining office presence in Swansea with remote flexibility, offering both autonomy and collaboration within a supportive conveyancing team structure. The Role As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. You will be trusted to deliver a high standard of client service while maintaining efficiency and compliance in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity) Handling files from instruction to post-completion Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors Conducting title checks and reviewing search results Drafting and approving legal documentation Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards Providing clear, timely communication to clients throughout the process Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple locations About You We are looking for a confident and motivated conveyancer who can operate independently while contributing positively to a growing team.
