What will you do?
* Estate and asset protection planning
* Creating & drafting of onshore trusts
* Will drafting (including tax efficient wills incorporating trusts)
* Probate and Estate Administration
* Court of Protection matters
* Powers of attorney
* Act for families, individuals, trustees and private wealth advisories
* (experience of all of these elements is not essential)
What will you need?
* To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
* To be a solicitor or legal executive with at least 4 years PQE within private client law
* STEP membership beneficial, but not essential
