The Role: As Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimisation of IT systems, networks, and servers, supporting the company’s business-critical operations. You’ll lead on troubleshooting, system upgrades, and implementing robust security protocols to safeguard data and maintain compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud systems. Oversee hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates. Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Implement and enforce IT security measures (firewalls, antivirus, encryption). Lead IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, and system implementations. Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems and processes. Collaborate with internal teams to understand and address technology needs. Continuously review and enhance IT policies and procedures. Key Requirements: Solid experience in IT systems administration and network management. Proficient in system monitoring, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning. Strong understanding of IT security protocols and compliance standards. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Clear communicator, able to work with technical and non-technical teams.
