Responsibilities
* Main duties: To support with the end-to-end procurement process including import and export documentation.
* The role:
o To liaise with couriers and freight forwarders to monitor delivery progress
o To manage purchase orders and maintain accurate stock records within the ERP system
o To prepare and maintain import, export and customs documentation
o To work closely with customer service and sales teams to communicate lead times and stock availability
o To conduct regular stock takes and reconciliations to ensure accurate inventory levels
o To support with sourcing of and negotiation with domestic and international suppliers
Candidates Profile
* Previous experience in procurement or logistics – Essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Dynamic, confident and motivated candidate
* IT literate with experience using ERP or CRM systems
