Head Chef 18 per hour Blue Arrow is currently looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team for a client in Kilmarnock. This is a commercial/production kitchen. Starts 11th August Ongoing contract (min 8weeks) Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Main Duties/Responsibilities: Menu Planning Cook and prepare high quality dishes. Stock ordering Staff Rotas Always maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment. Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created.
