Company Overview: We are a renowned 35-year-old global leader in manufacturing and supplying construction materials and testing equipment worldwide. We are seeking an experienced telesales professional to build and maintain an outbound pipeline and provide excellent customer service.
Role Overview: The B2B Telesales role will involve managing a pipeline of enquiries, managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to closing the sale. The primary focus will be understanding customer inquiries, nurturing client relationships, and effectively closing deals to enhance our conversion rates. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales experience, a thorough understanding of the consultative sales process, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement:
* Emphasising an understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
* Foster strong client relationships by demonstrating genuine interest in their inquiries, offering appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Sales Strategy and Execution:
* Effectively manage workload including inbound sale requests and queries, ensuring that you follow these up according to set processes in place.
* Monitor sales metrics, analyse performance data, and identify areas for improvement to optimise sales processes.
* Collaboration and Reporting:
* Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and improve sales outcomes.
* Make full use of the CRM and company processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in a sales environment, preferably within B2B.
* Have a background in outbound sales enquiries.
* Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in sales CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
