1. Crosscheck payments for subcontractors on the system
2. Run the payroll and timesheets.
3. General admin tasks.
4. Raise purchase order and pay purchase order.
5. Check subcontractor payments.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Someone that can use initiative and creative thinking.
7. Organise information logically due to volume.
8. Excellent data management skills.
9. Experience of invoices and payments (Finance/ invoicing clerk)
10. 6 months experience minimum
11. Data management
12. Processing payroll experience
What you'll get in return
