Case Manager – Mortgage Services
Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Case Manager to provide effective and efficient support to our department and dedicated advisers. The successful candidate will play a key role in progressing mortgage applications, maintaining adviser pipelines, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Mortgage Application Management:
Administer and progress mortgage applications from submission to completion.
* Stakeholder Communication:
Liaise with third parties, clients, and advisers to ensure smooth case progression.
* Team Collaboration:
Work closely with advisers to foster a collaborative environment and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Document Preparation:
Efficiently package mortgage documents to meet lender requirements and expedite underwriting.
* Client Updates:
Provide regular updates to clients and agents via telephone regarding case progress and outstanding requirements.
* Solicitor Coordination:
Proactively chase solicitors to ensure timely exchange and completion of mortgages.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a mortgage processing or similar administrative role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Pay: From £23,810.00 per year
