About the Role As the Duty Solicitor, you will be responsible for delivering professional and compliant duty solicitor services across multiple police stations and courts in South and Southeast London, including key areas such as Croydon, Wimbledon, Kingston, and Sutton. This role demands a solicitor who can manage a high-paced caseload while maintaining the highest standards of client care and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with the firms partners and management, providing regular updates on operational performance and opportunities for service improvement. You will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule and workload, with scope to influence and improve existing processes. There is also the potential to build and lead a dedicated team of duty solicitors, helping shape the firms strategic growth in this practice area.
