Youll help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard, while meeting all regulatory, health and safety, and customer expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation, procurement and delivery of investment and capital works projectsAssist with contract administration, inspections and quality controlHelp manage budgets, costs and contractor performanceWork with consultants, contractors and local authoritiesSupport customer and leaseholder consultation where requiredEnsure compliance with health & safety, building regulations and internal proceduresPerformance & Customer FocusContribute to meeting investment, decent homes and energy efficiency targetsSupport high levels of tenant satisfactionEnsure complaints and enquiries are managed in line with customer standardsHelp maintain strong compliance and audit outcomesAbout YouYoull have a background in building, construction or surveying, with strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety legislation and contract management.
