Pre-Commissioning Engineer - Mobile Role\nFull Time | Permanent | | £35,000 - £42,000\n\nAre you an experienced engineer with strong water hygiene knowledge? We're seeking a Pre-Commissioning Engineer to join our field-based team, This role covers the South of England and the Midlands.\n\nBenefits\n\nCompetitive salary + paid overtime\n25 days annual leave + bank holidays\nCompany vehicle\nFuel card\nPersonal use on vehicleKey Responsibilities\n\nPre-commission flushing of LTHW & CHW systems in line with BSRIA BG29 guidelines\nClosed system chemical dosing and analysis\nConducting system checks, sampling, and diagnostics\nProducing accurate site reports and test certificates\nWorking safely on-site with manual handling and at heights\nLiaising with site managers, contractors, and clients in a professional manner\nPlanning and managing your own schedule and workload\nTo carry out both pre-commission chemical cleaning and cleaning via filtration processes\nSupporting on acid cleans and pre-commission cleaning & re commission clean of large-scale systems.\nRemedial cleaning, fault finding, problem solving of existing systems\nCompleting all reports via a tablet \n\nRequirements\n\nWater hygiene knowledge is essential (ACoP L8, HSG274, BSRIA BG50 understanding preferred)\nPrevious experience in pre-commission cleaning, flushing, and sampling\nFull UK driving licence\nStrong communication and organisational skills\nFull Manual Driving Licence\nExperience within the water treatment pre commission industry\nGood understanding and knowledge of mechanical water systems\nThe ability to read and understand system drawings\nExperience of dosing all types of closed systems \n\nInterested?\nFor more information about this or similar roles, please contact Caitlin Richards (url removed) to explore more vacancies.\n\nPenguin Recruitment is operating as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this position
