We’re partnering with a fast-growing, product-led technology business operating in the cybersecurity space, currently scaling at pace and investing heavily in internal tooling, automation, and AI.
As part of this growth, they’re looking to hire a Senior Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of internal systems and drive operational efficiency across the organisation.
This is a highly impactful, hands‑on role where you’ll build and shape internal products that directly influence how the business scales.
The Role
This is a full‑stack, product‑focused position where you’ll design, build, and evolve internal tools, workflows, and AI‑driven solutions.
You’ll work closely with leadership, operations, and engineering teams to identify inefficiencies and turn them into scalable technical solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and building internal tools, dashboards, and workflows
* Writing production code across backend, frontend, and integrations
* Automating manual processes and improving operational efficiency
* Developing AI‑powered workflows and internal agents
* Owning system design (data flows, APIs, integrations, permissions)
* Translating business problems into scalable technical solutions
* Iterating based on feedback, usage, and performance metrics
* Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for improvement
Tech Environment
* Integrations: REST APIs, webhooks, third‑party tools
* Data: SQL / NoSQL
* AI: Exposure to LLMs, Copilot, Claude, Azure AI (Foundry or similar)
What We’re Looking For
Technical
* Experience building end‑to‑end systems (UI, API, data, integrations)
* Solid experience with APIs and integrations
* Experience with automation and workflow tooling
* Exposure to AI/LLMs in a practical, applied setting
Product & Problem‑Solving
* Ability to take ambiguous or manual processes and turn them into scalable solutions
* Comfortable working directly with stakeholders to define and refine requirements
* Focus on delivering measurable impact (efficiency, scalability, time saved)
Leadership
* Experience mentoring or guiding more junior engineers
* Comfortable setting technical direction within a small team
* Strong communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences
