Join Toyota UK as a Logistics Operative (Burnaston Plant) - East Midlands
We are looking for Operatives in this department, they will drive either a Tow Motor or Dolly Truck and will work on a two-shift rotating pattern within any of the production shops.
The Internal Logistics Department (ILD) is responsible for ensuring that production lines receive the parts required to assemble vehicles
Pay & Benefits
* Early Shift: £14.72 per hour (inc. shift allowance)
* Late Shift: £16.95 per hour (inc. shift allowance)
* Average Annual Earnings: £32,103 (including) shift premiums
* 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays

Overtime Rates:
* £18.12 per hour (Mon - Fri, up to first 2 hours)
* £20.38 per hour (after 2 hours & Saturdays)
* £27.17 per hour (Sundays & Bank Holidays)
Work Patterns
* 39 hours per week
* Rotating shifts: Early (06:00 - 14:18) Late (15:20 - 23:38)
* Mandatory Overtime (weekday & weekend) available
Your role will include:
* Supplying the production lines with the parts necessary to build the vehicles
* Help improve processes and boost performance
* Work across key areas: Body, Paint, Plastics, Assembly, Quality, Logistics, or Customisation Centre
What We’re Looking For:
* Reliability, stamina, and strong attention to detail
* Ability to follow set processes consistently
* Flexibility to work shifts and support overtime
* Experience in production or warehouse work is an advantage (but not essential)
* Enthusiasm to succeed and grow with Toyota
* A full driving licence is essential
Based upon the roles (processes) we are currently hiring, we invite applications from candidates who are between 5’ 1 and 6’1 in height (154cm - 185cm). This is to ensure the health and safety of the members who work for Proman on site.
