At Prop Firm Match, the CFD & Futures Researcher is responsible for maintaining high-quality research coverage across proprietary trading firms, with primary focus on futures prop firms and secondary coverage of CFD firms.
You will maintain accurate, structured, and reliable firm data, while producing clear market insights and research outputs that support platform decisions, content initiatives, and trader education.
Success in this role means that futures prop firms are deeply understood and continuously updated, while CFD coverage remains reliable and structured.
The researcher contributes to the platform’s credibility by ensuring that research outputs are accurate, structured, and decision-grade, especially in the futures prop trading ecosystem.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
▸ 3+ years of experience in research, market analysis, financial analysis, or a related role requiring strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
▸ Solid understanding of financial markets, particularly futures instruments, with familiarity in CFD markets
▸ Familiarity with the proprietary trading industry and how prop firms operate, including challenge models and trading conditions
▸ Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to organize and interpret complex financial information
▸ Excellent written communication skills to translate technical market information into clear insights
▸ Experience working with research tools, spreadsheets, or data management platforms
▸ Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
▸ Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) with strong clarity and accuracy
▸ Self-driven and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership over research quality and accuracy

1. Application screening

3. Discovery Interview with HR Team
Shortlisted candidates will join a conversation with Lilit Y., our HR Generalist, focused on your professional background, research experience, analytical approach, and alignment with Prop Firm Match Global FZCO’s culture and values, while also giving you a clear overview of the company, role expectations, and the opportunity to share your goals and ask questions.
4. Research Task
You’ll complete a short, role-relevant research task based on real Prop Firm Match scenarios, with clear instructions and expectations. This gives you insight into the type of research work you would perform while allowing us to evaluate your analytical thinking, structure, and attention to detail, followed by structured feedback on your submission.
5. Interview with Hiring Manager
At this stage, you will join a conversation with Abdulazeez A., our Lead of Research, the hiring manager focused on your research methodology, futures market expertise, and ability to analyze proprietary trading firms, while also giving you visibility into how research supports our platform, content, and strategic initiatives in a collaborative, two-way exchange.
6. Offer Stage
If there’s a strong mutual fit, we move into an informal alignment discussion followed by a formal written offer, ensuring full transparency and giving you the space to ask questions and make an informed decision.
