What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead the design of technology solutions that are aligned with enterprise architecture and long-term strategy.
* Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
* Provide hands-on design assurance throughout delivery — from integration planning to testing.
* Work closely with business analysts, developers, and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation.
* Govern technical design standards, ensuring compliance with security and data policies.
* Act as the point of continuity across complex programmes, managing technical risk and adapting to evolving requirements.
* Contribute to improving architectural practices and mentoring technical colleagues.
Main Skills Needed:
* Extensive experience in solution architecture across complex, multi-system environments.
* Strong knowledge of integration patterns, enterprise platforms, and cloud solutions.
* Confident in architectural governance and influencing technical direction at programme level.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Hands-on experience in system design, integration, and requirements management.
* Beneficial: TOGAF, BCS, ITIL or equivalent certifications.
