We are currently recruiting for a Day Concierge to join the team at a prestigious luxury residential development in South West London.

The Role:
As the Day Concierge, you will be the face of the development, providing a warm, professional and efficient front-of-house service to residents, guests and contractors. You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards expected within a luxury residential environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a first-class front-of-house service to residents and visitors
* Meet and greet residents, guests and contractors in a professional and welcoming manner
* Handle resident queries and requests promptly and efficiently
* Monitor access to the building and ensure security procedures are followed at all times
* Manage deliveries, parcels and key handling
* Liaise with the wider on-site team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Maintain the presentation and standards of the reception / lobby area
* Support with general concierge and resident services as required
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a luxury residential development
* Friendly, approachable and professional manner
* Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively
* Excellent customer service skills
* Well-presented, reliable and proactive
* Able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who is polished, service-driven and genuinely enjoys creating a positive experience for residents. Previous experience in a high-end residential / luxury property concierge role is essential.
