Job Description
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead a new strategic initiative focused on strengthening platform integrity. The mission is to protect the authenticity of user experiences by developing products that ensure legitimate use of applications. The team delivers secure and privacy-respecting data and signals that help prevent abusive usage patterns. This role operates at the intersection of the User Platform (Identity and Access Management) and User Fraud teams, delivering capabilities that ensure trustworthy activity on the platform.
Responsibilities
1. Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for products that ensure the integrity of apps and services.
2. Partner closely with engineering leads to design secure, privacy-conscious signal systems that detect and mitigate unwanted usage patterns.
3. Collaborate with User Fraud and other partner organisations to align on detection, evaluation, and mitigation capabilities that support company-wide integrity goals.
4. Prioritise technical investments that enable scalable, reliable, and real-time integrity enforcement.
5. Translate complex technical mechanisms into clear product outcomes that support growth and maintain trust among legitimate users.
6. Build alignment across multiple missions and stakeholder groups, ensuring the capabilities integrate seamlessly into IAM and fraud systems.
7. Set measurable goals, define success metrics, and use data-driven insights to refine product decisions.
Essential Skills
8. 3+ years of product management experience, specifically working on platform security, fraud detection, or large-scale infrastructure products.
9. Experience building and scaling backend or data infrastructure.
10. Collaboration skills with engineering teams on signal collection, data pipelines, or attestation systems.
11. Ability to manage cross-organisational dependencies, driving alignment between platform and detection teams.
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, familiar with using data to inform strategic decisions.
13. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical and strategic concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
