Our experienced team operates within a flexible, global matrix structure, addressing key areas such as Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions & Embargoes, Anti-Fraud, Bribery & Corruption, Investigations & Intelligence, Monitoring & Screening, and Risk Assessment. We are seeking a proactive and adaptable PA to support the Global Anti-Money Laundering Officer (GAMLO) and Global Head of Anti-Financial Crime at Deutsche Bank. In this role you will work independently, manage shifting priorities, and confidently interact with senior management. Proactively anticipate and respond to changing needs. Build strong working relationships and collaborate with other PA’s across the bank. Coordinate key committees within Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime (C&AFC), manage documentation, and follow up on actions with C&AFC teams. Work closely with AFC senior management and stakeholders at all levels. Take on additional tasks as required, beyond the usual daily responsibilities. Your skills and experience Significant experience as a PA supporting a senior Managing Director. High integrity, professionalism, sound judgement, and discretion in handling sensitive information. Advanced Excel skills, strong IT proficiency and familiarity with MS Office; experience with Co-pilot is an advantage. Good understanding of processes in a large-scale global matrix organisation’ and experience in Anti-Financial Crime or Compliance environments.
