Key Responsibilities
* Provide project support on small- to mid-scale projects, or take responsibility for specific elements of larger projects, ensuring delivery to the highest possible standard.
* Support the successful delivery of all assigned projects.
* Assist in maintaining up-to-date project documentation, including critical paths, production schedules, site plans, and project files (with all work signed off by the Senior Project Manager).
* Attend site visits as required.
* Participate in project debriefs where appropriate.
* Assist with client briefings and contribute to pitch and proposal responses.
* Demonstrate a basic understanding of Health & Safety requirements, including assisting with the preparation of Safety Plans and RAMS, and supporting the enforcement of site safety procedures.
* Work collaboratively with junior team members and placement students, offering guidance and support where appropriate.
* Develop an understanding of warehouse systems and assist with warehouse management activities.
* Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Directors.
Key Skills and Experience Required
* Minimum of one year’s proven experience in a related project management or coordination role.
* Clear, demonstrable experience supporting the delivery of successful events.
* Understanding of business finances and budget management.
* Knowledge of corporate and outdoor events is desirable but not essential.
* Understanding of operational processes and business systems.
* Experience working with a broad range of event suppliers.
* Strong planning, negotiation, and organisational skills.
* Ability to deliver accurate, detailed, and well-structured information.
