The Role

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen team to deliver outstanding food consistently
* Design and develop seasonal menus that reflect current food trends and local produce
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
* Control kitchen costs, stock, and supplier relationships
* Ensure compliance with all health & safety and food safety regulations
* Collaborate with senior management on concept development and guest experience
About You
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality restaurant or hotel
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern cuisine
* Excellent organisational and financial management abilities
* Calm under pressure with a hands-on approach
