Spiro, part of the GES collective, are currently recruiting an Account Manager to join our Brand Experience team. The Account Manager will partner with the client in meeting objectives and exceeding client expectations by delivering best-in-class service, providing proactive solutions, quality construction, products and services on-time and on-budget. Please note this role is more aligned with an Exhibition 'Project Manager' than a client development/sales-focused applicant.

Key activities and responsibilities
* Manage activities in relation to clients’ exhibit program and associated projects.
* Develop a strong understanding of clients’ products, services, exhibition practices, workflow procedures and ongoing marketing goals.
* Coordinate activities of Spiro 3rd party vendors and clients outside agencies.
* Working with designers, develop project specifications and obtain estimates.
* Prepare detailed project cost proposals and present to clients.
* Manage Spiro and 3rd party production, show service and logistics details prior to the show including coordinating Design, Estimating, Project Management, Transport, I&D and Show Service to ensure budgets, timelines and deliverables are achieved.
* Travel to show venue to supervise construction, fulfill client requirements for show-site support through to dismantling as required.
What you’ll need
You will be a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and a passion for travel. You will have at least 18 months experience working on custom build exhibition projects.
