Job Overview

Business Support Administrator – hours per week | Monday to Friday 08:45–17:15 | Hybrid Working

Are you an organised and proactive administrator seeking a role where you can truly make a difference? Join our Families Together Service as a key member of a supportive and dynamic team. This full-time, hybrid position offers flexibility with two days in our Birmingham office and the rest from home.

Key Responsibilities:

6. Prepare professional correspondence (letters, emails) ensuring accuracy and timeliness
7. Organise and maintain service documents, including printing and laminating
8. Provide general administrative and ad hoc support to keep office workflows efficient
9. Maintain and update databases to ensure accurate records
10. Take detailed meeting notes and distribute clear minutes
11. Prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet deadlines
12. Support clear communication between team members and external partners

About You:

13. Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
14. Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with databases
15. Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
17. Reliable and able to work independently within a hybrid working model
