In the role of Occupational Health Lead you will be based at our facility in Enstone, Oxfordshire. About the Role You will lead and deliver proactive occupational health services within Alpine F1 Team, ensuring the health and wellbeing of all employees through surveillance, risk assessment, and effective case management. Responsibilities will include: Conducting routine health surveillance in line with COSHH, Noise, HAVS, and other regulatory requirements. Establish and maintain internal occupational health procedures and records. Collaborate with HSE and HR teams to integrate health into broader safety and wellbeing strategies. Promote wellbeing and health in line with ISO 45001 standards. Provide clinical advice on sickness absence cases. Conduct return-to-work assessments and fitness-for-duty evaluations. Liaise with external medical providers as needed. Support HR with reasonable adjustments and phased return plans. Deliver health and wellbeing campaigns tailored to motorsport environments. Provide guidance on lifestyle, mental health, and ergonomic practices. Advise on travel health requirements for race and test events. Support team members with vaccinations, fatigue management, and recovery protocols. About You: We are ideally looking for a Registered Nurse (NMC) with specialist qualification in Occupational Health (e.g., SCPHN-OH) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an occupational health setting, ideally within high-performance or industrial environments. You will have a strong understanding of UK health & safety legislation with experience with sickness absence management and risk assessments. Why Alpine F1 Team?
