🚨 We’re Hiring – Litigation Executive / Solicitor 🚨
We are looking for an experienced Litigation Executive or Solicitor to join our growing team specialising in Credit Hire and Personal Injury litigation.
🔹 The Role
• Handling a litigated caseload of Credit Hire and PI matters from issue of proceedings through to trial.
• Conducting negotiations and settlement discussions
• Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties
• Delivering excellent client care while achieving targets and deadlines
🔹 About You
• Experience handling Credit Hire and Personal Injury litigation files is essential
• Confident managing your own caseload independently
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and organisational skills
• Solicitor, Litigation Executive, or experienced Paralegal considered
