Senior Sales Support (Office based), Coleshill
(Reporting to Senior Account Manager, providing Sales Support to Account Directors)
Salary £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + Commission
Taking new enquiries and quoting on various finance packages and understanding the different finance products.
Support the Account Managers with any marketing initiatives to generate new business e.g., mail shots, customer calls, dealer visits, etc as and when required.
Package proposals to send to funders and follow up as necessary with an understanding of funder criteria and rates.
Provide additional information to bank/lenders as required.
Handle customer queries, working through differences to come to a positive customer outcome; using a variety of styles to negotiate appropriately.
Plan approaches and pitches that can address the customer needs, concerns, and objectives.
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
Supporting Account Directors to develop new business.
Provide support across all sales teams to assist with cover during periods of heavy workload.
