Role Overview As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in supporting the kitchens smooth operation. Youll be responsible for managing your section, preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards, and ensuring consistency and excellence in every service. This position is ideal for someone passionate about food, teamwork, and delivering an outstanding dining experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to a consistently high standard. Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in maintaining quality and efficiency. Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures. Maintain stock levels, assist with ordering, and control waste. Help train and guide junior team members. Adapt to different menus and event requirements, from fine dining to large banquets. Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to progress. Previous experience in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen environment. Excellent understanding of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene standards. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and events.
