We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our HR department to support the effective use of HR systems and data across the University.
We are seeking a pro-active and detail-oriented HR Systems and Data Deputy Manager to support effective maintenance and improvement of our HR systems, particularly on the HRIS platform.
You will play a key role in developing, validating and sharing accurate, up to date operational reports and provide day-to-day administration and user support to HR teams and wider university stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be familiar with HR systems and reporting and be used to working with large volumes of data.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong systems and data expertise who enjoys improving processes and helping organisations make better use of their data.
