Job description
Our Client is a Market leader in the provision of supply, installation and maintenance of the following products: Automatic Doors, Access Control Systems, Hotel Locking Systems and more.
Key Responsibilities:
1. The repair, service, and installation of door automation and access control systems for our many clients across the public and private sector
2. Attending to call-outs as and when required and having a flexible approach to working hours/area.
3. Recommending appropriate upgrades/repair work and advising the office of the requirements.
4. Operating as part of the on-call rota covering out-of-hours.
5. Ensuring all company procedures are followed.
6. Ensuring that uniform and PPE equipment are always worn.
Essential Requirements:
. Previous experience as a Service/Installation Engineer
7. Working knowledge of various manufacturer's automatic door and access control products.
8. Ability to repair, service, and install to a high standard
9. A basic understanding of access control equipment - training will be provided on all systems.
10. Good communication skills and ability to represent the company in a professional manner
11. Basic IT skills required
12. Hold a current full driving license
13. Consideration will be given to time-served Electricians, Security Installation Engineers, Lift Engineers, etc - full training will be given.
Desirable Requirements:
14. Hold current and relevant CSR Card
