Clinical Educator
Pro4orm people ltd have partnered with one of our amazing pharmaceutical clients who are growing as a business. Our client is known for having a great company culture and always focus on developing their teams and promoting from within.
We are looking for a nurse who has worked in a secondary care background with experience of education and or mentoring others who wants to step into a Clinical Educator role in the Pharmaceutical industry.
This is a field based role covering the East Midlands and Bedfordshire
Responsibilities:
* Ensure that company strategy is being supported appropriately via educational activities.
* Work with regional team and agree upon appropriate HCPs/trusts/departments to offer educational and product support to.
* Develop and maintain strong links with KOLs and customers to facilitate training sessions and clinic educational support.
* Develop and strengthen regional links with relevant customer organisations such as regional nurse networks.
* Compliantly collate and feedback on nursing activities in CRM system and highlight to regional team any challenges or opportunities presented to delivery of the regional plans.
* Adhere to financial budgets and control procedures.
* Acquire and maintain excellent on-licence product knowledge
* Assist in the planning and organisation of appropriate promotional educational meetings.
* Develop nurse-led initiatives to enhance customer experience and effective pull through within accounts.
* Provide training and education in specialist nursing field to appropriate personnel both within and external to the business.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse qualification
* Bachelor of science / and or nursing background
* ABPI qualified
* Experience in clinical environment
* Experience in training, mentoring or educating others
* Full UK driving licence
