South Region - Based in Dartford

The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced, proactive and people-focused Regional HR Advisor to provide HR support across sites in Dartford and the wider South region. With ownership of a region, working on site at Dartford, you will advise operational leaders, empowering them to embed strong HR practices and ensure compliance. Working at a fast pace you will champion a positive, inclusive culture. Travel to other locations will be required
Key Responsibilities
Taking responsibility for a region within this large business your job will be all encompassing. This role will suit someone who has worked in a similar paced role and can show career longetivity
You will have proven experience of;
Advising on HR policy, employee relations, and performance management
Liasing with Unions in formal processes
Supporting formal processes (disciplinary, grievance, etc.) to a resolution
Coaching managers on effective people management
Leading recruitment processes and temporary staffing coordination
Maintaining HR systems and generate key people metrics
Coordinating apprenticeships and training activities
Supporting engagement initiatives and diversity programmes
What You'll Bring
Excellent communication and ability to influence at management level
Ability to work autonomously with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
CIPD Level 5 ideally. Level 3 min
Proven experience in liasing with unions in formal processes is key
Solid understanding of UK employment law
Excellent organisation, and IT skills
A professional, flexible approach with attention to detail
As this role is regional, some travel will be required across sites. Own car needed
